Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Traditionally, textiles and clothing industry professionals associate the start of Iteca Exhibitions’ autumn season with UzTextile Expo, the main international textile and fashion industry exhibition in the region. This year, UzTextile Expo 2019 is held on 11-13 September as part of the Global Textile Days Tashkent 2019. This year’s exposition has almost doubled and will occupy three pavilions at Uzexpocentre NEC.
UzTextile Expo is an effective industry platform designed for development and support of the industry with its small and medium businesses, and for addressing various production and sales issues. It opens up new opportunities for expanding the geography of exports and long-term regional and interregional cooperation.
Just one thing remains unchanged: UzTextile Expo has always been and remains the major and key industry event:
It is an international-level event where Central Asian and global textile industry leaders wildemonstrate their achievements and innovations covering the entire technological chain: from yarns to finished products – garments and accessories. The exhibition will host 160 companies from ten countries: Belarus, China, Germany, Latvia, Russia, Slovakia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine that will showcase their products and services to be displayed in the sections of yarns; fabrics; knitted fabric; home textiles; garments, sewing accessories, etc.
Over 60% of the total number of the participants are domestic manufacturers of various forms of incorporation, sizes, and occupations. They include not only major manufacturers but also representatives of small businesses who occupy Small Business Zone. This year is the debut participation for highly-integrated manufactures – representatives of cotton textile clusters from Bukhara, Andijan and other regions – who will present at the exhibition the products made from their home-grown cotton fibre.
The manufacturers of sewing accessories, interior decor fabrics, fabrics for garment manufacture, home textiles, and other textile goods will show their products at the stands in Turkish Pavilion. In Chinese Pavilion, visitors will meet manufacturers of synthetic fibres, non-woven materials, applied materials and accessories, garments, and home textiles.
The standing out debutants are: Orsha Linen Mill (Belarus) – linen fabrics and goods; Termopol (Russia) - padding polyester and various nonwovens; Chemosvit Fibrochem a.s. (Slovakia) - polypropylene yarns; Hohenstein Textile Testing Institute (Germany) - certification services; VOVK (Ukraine) – women’s wear and footwear.
For retail chains, e-shops, homeware stores, and interior design stores, UzTextile Expo 2019 is one of the best tools to expand their supplier bases for garments, home and interior textiles, and interior decoration materials; to sign profitable contracts directly with manufacturers and also see new collections of their partners, all on the single platform.
The special Buyer Programme is an excellent opportunity for buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to find new suppliers of home and interior textiles; for the domestic manufacturers of finished textile products it is also the best chance to establish business contacts with foreign suppliers of fabrics. Over the 5 years of its implementation, 250 major buyers from Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, and other countries have participated in the Programme including the leading Russian companies, such as, Auchan, X5, Magnit, Gloria Jeans, OGGI, and many others.
Uztextile Expo 2019 is held as part of Uzbekistan’s major textiles, clothing, and knitting industry event - Global Textile Days Tashkent 2019.
This year’s Business Programme of Global Textile Days Tashkent 2019 is expected to be something special! The visitors of the exhibition will enjoy the most interesting programme of events.
