Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President Dmitry Medvedev has submitted for ratification to the State Duma on the easy terms of the deliveries of special equipment for the law enforcement agencies and security services of the countries, integrated in the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO), a representative of the Duma staff reported on Monday.

The agreement specified that deliveries on easy terms are the deliveries of special equipment at prices, which are formed in the country on the basis of prices of the special equipment, purchased by its law enforcement agencies for their own needs.

According to the agreement, the deliveries of special equipment on easy terms will be done on the basis of contracts signed by state bodies or legal entities of the parties, which have the right to trade in special equipment and facilities, according to their national legislation.

Under the agreement, the parties will not sell or turn over the special equipment, delivered on easy terms, to other countries, natural persons, legal entities or international organisations without a written consent of the party, which delivered the equipment. The supplier of the special equipment will have the right to keep under control the use of the special equipment, delivered within the framework of the agreement.

If any of the parties violates provisions of the document, other parties will have the right to adopt a resolution on the suspension of the agreement, or some of its provisions, for the party, which violated it, and on the payment of a compensation by it.

CSTO includes Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
