The congress was held in Tashkent on 14 October. About 94 delegates from all regions of Uzbekistan, Karakalpakstan and Tashkent attended it.

Hotamjon Ketmonov took part in the Congress and delivered the speech. In his speech, he outlined main directions of his main priorities.

At the end of the Congress, the delegates supported the candidacy of Hotamjon Ketmonov to the post of the President of Uzbekistan. It was noted that necessary signatures were collected in support of Ketmonov to register him as the presidential candidate.
