The document approves a complex of actions on development of innovative products and technologies for mid-term perspective. Besides, the document said the National Innovative Idea, Technologies and Projects will be held annually.

The measures directed for creation of effective mechanisms on stimulation on development and introduction in modernization and update of the capacities, as well as ensure cooperation of scientists and producers.

In line with the resolution, the business entities should create fund on modernization and new technologies, as well as division or bureau, responsible for innovative development of industry of enterprise.

The resources of the fund on modernization and new technologies should be directed to finance scientific researches and development of innovative projects, as well as their introduction into production process.

The resolution also envisages tax holidays for educational and scientific-research establishments, as well as project and engineering organization until 2013. Equipment imported for modernization of scientific-research establishments are exempted from custom duties.
