The programme is aimed at improving architecture and artistic look of settlements and inter-settlement territories.

Within the programme, it is planned that territorial accomplishment and design organizations to employ specialists on landscape design, especially graduates of universities and colleges.

The programme envisages training of specialists on landscape design at Tashkent and Samarkand Architecture and Construction Institutes. New chairs “Landscape design and interior” will be created at these two universities. The universities will accept students to new directions “Landscape design” and “Interior design” from 2014-2015 academic year.

The document also stipulates creation of layout and ceramic workshops, as well as industrial parks on landscape design at the universities. The universities will receive additional land for industrial parks.

The programme said that local and foreign experts will be attracted to teach students. Students will also undergo internship in England and other foreign countries.

The Center on improving skills and re-training of architects, designers and builders will be created at the Center on improving skills and re-training of managers in construction sphere under the Tashkent Architecture and Construction Institute.

It is also planned to develop catalogues and trees, bushes, flowers and other plants, as well as legal documents on designing and creating landscape designs.
