MPs underlined that the relations between two counties are based on equality, mutual trust and strategic partnership.

It was said that the agreement strengthen main principles and priority directions of bilateral cooperation in politics, trade-economic, transport-communication, cultural-humanitarian, ecologic and other areas.

The document affirms single agreed position on development of fair system of water use in Central Asia, envisaging solution of all water-energy issues, including construction of new hydro power stations at trans-boundary rivers based on generally accepted norms of international law and interests of all countries in the region.

MPs passed the law, which now will be directed to the Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan for further consideration.
