The competition is open for students, who study at the second, third and fourth courses of the universities.

The winners will receive grants to finance one year of education at the university. They will also have chance to received grant for next academic year as well.

The applications will be received from 15 August to 5 September 2013. The independent jury will select the winners.

Since 2005, 662 gifted students have become winners of the Program, for 400 the most actives the payment of the tuition has been annually prolonged. Total number of student applied for the program is 12,000. Some 1.735 billion soums have been provided in grants.
