London-2012: Jasurbek Latipov loses in quarterfinals

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Boxer Jasurbek Latipov could not advance to the finals of the boxing tournament of Olympic Games in London in weight category of 52 kg.

In quarterfinal bout, Latipov lost to Tugstsogt Nyambayar of Mongolia with the score 10-15.

Latipov won the first round with the score 5:4, but lost next two rounds – 3:5 and 2:6.

Uktamjon Rakhmanov and Elshod Rasulov today will try to advance to semifinals.
