Fund Forum said that the first stage of the campaign was held in Bukhara, Samarkand and Kashkadarya regions on 21-23 July 2012.

The fund said that Mehr Nuri Foundation has been organizing Iftars since 2015. This year, the organizers also organized hashars (community clean-up days) in holy places of Bukhara, Samarkand and Kashkadarya regions.

It added that vulnerable layers of population, families with many children, veterans, pensioners and others participated at the event.

Mehr Nuri Foundation and Forum of Social Responsibility of Citizens of Uzbekistan are planning to hold iftars in Andijan, Namangan, Ferghana, Tashkent, Khorezm regions and Karakalpakstan Republic.
