The portal is created in line with the presidential resolution “On measures on further introduction and development of modern information-communication technologies” from 21 March 2012.

Currently, the portal works in test regime and can be opened at the address- e-kommunal.uz, which allows to form data base on communal and social service.

The main goal of the portal is to create common communication infrastructure of communal services, which will simplify information among population, controlling bodies, mahallas, communal services, etc. This will allow to control targeted use of population resources and improve quality of rendered communal services.

Currently, the portal has information on postal services, communal service providers, banks and mini-banks of Tashkent, police points, etc.
