The event was organized by Moscow and Dubai offices of Lukoil Overseas and conducted in line with the decree of the president of Lukoil Overseas from April 2012.
Expert-collective assessment is an important step on introduction of methodology of project management. The main aim of the expert-collective assessment is to inspect that developed documentation on Southern-Western Gissar project meets goals of the project and includes optimal technical solution, which allow to recommend to the Scientific-technical council on direction of the project for expertise to the State Committee on Architecture Construction of Uzbekistan.
Expert-collective assessment was organized and held by a group of experts of Department on engineering-technologic support of construction projects with use of advanced international practices of oil and gas projects and experience of foreign companies.
The sides considered technical aspects of project documentations and recommendations were given to project team. In the next stage, it is planned to consider the project at the Scientific-technical council.
