Rostelecom national telecom operator has signed an agreement on international free call service with Uzbekistan’s national operator Uzbektelecom.

The service is intended for both private individuals and legal entities. The clients of Rostelecom and Uzbektelecom will gain an opportunity to use telephone numbers of the "800" code in the other country. Calls under that code are made at the expense of the called party.
