Defending Champions and Cup holders Pakhtakor Tashkent moved to final of Uzbekistan Cup despite loss to Neftchi Ferghana. Quruvchi also booked place in the final match.

Neftchi scored three goals in the second leg of semifinals, while Pakhtakor answered twice. The match ended with the score 3-2, but Pakhtakor won 6-4 on aggregate.

Quruvchi Tashkent will face Pakhtakor in the final match after it defeated Mashal Mubarek with the score 2-1. The first leg match ended with goalless draw.
