The campaign on diagnosis of breast cancer in regions of Uzbekistan is a large projects, which is part of the Programme on preventing, early diagnosis, treatment of breast cancer and rehabilitation of women with the disease. The programme was adopted in 2009.

The organizers are National Breast Cancer Association “For Life”, Women’s Council, Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, Tashkent City Oncological Clinic, Medical Rehabilitation Center Salus Vita and Association of Psychologists of Uzbekistan.

In each region of Uzbekistan, women can receive consultations of medical specialists and receive information about breast cancer.

On 10-14 October, training “Breast cancer in the view of conclusive medicine. Modern aspects of epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and precautions” will be held for specialists of mammalogy of Karakalpakstan Republic, Khorezm and Bukhara regions. Training will be conducted by leading mammalogy specialists of Tashkent city and foreign countries.
