President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent congratulatory messages to the King of Saudi Arabia Abdulla bin Abdul-Aziz al Saud and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz al Saud on the occasion of the Saudi National Day.
