Uzinterimpeks increases charter capital to 1.28bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- State joint stock foreign trade company Uzinterimpeks (in form of open joint stock company) is increasing its charter capital up to 1.28 billion soums.

Uzinterimpeks registered new emission of shares at the Department of the Center on coordination and control over functioning of securities market for Tashkent city in early April.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the company will emit 50,000 ordinary shares with the nominal value of 25,595 soums each. Total emission of the emission is 1,279,750,000 soums.

The company said that the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of shares with par value of 18,000 soums to new stocks with nominal value of 25,595 soums.

The company underlined that earlier part of shares for 900 million soums are paid on par value and other part for 370.75 million soums will be paid due to undistributed income for 2008.

State joint stock foreign trade company Uzinterimpeks was established in 1991 and belongs to the (operates in the system of) Ministry foreign economic relations, investment and trade of the Republic Uzbekistan.

The main activity of Uzinterimpeks is realization of export-import operation, granting intermediary and consulting services, attraction foreign investment by creating joint-ventures, both on the territory of Uzbekistan, and overseas.
