Net revenue from sales of goods increased from 214.181 billion soums in 2009 to 257.062 billion soums in 2010. Prime cost of realized goods made up 197.557 billion soums in 2010 against 151.719 billion soums in 2009.

Gross income from realization of goods made up 62.463 billion soums in 2010 compared to 59.505 billion soums in 2009.

Expenses of the company jumped from 56.126 billion soums in 2009 to 62.462 billion soums in 2010, the accounting report said.

Capital investments of Maxam-Chirchiq rose from 2.912 billion soums in 2009 to 12.058 billion soums in 2010, the financial report said.

The company’s assets grew from 388.266 billion soums in 2009 to 418.239 billion soums in 2010, fixed assets – from 65.402 billion soums to 66.576 billion soums.

Long-term investments exceeded 1.741 billion soums (1.529 billion soums in 2009) in the reporting period, long-term bill receivable – 40.57 billion soums (37.389 billion soums). Liabilities made up 256.536 billion soums (231.56 billion soums).

The charter capital of Maxam-Chirchiq made up 24.996 billion soums in 2010. Undistributed income grew from 1.563 billion soums to 20.985 billion soums.

Maxam-Chirchiq OJSC, former Elektrohimprom, was commissioned in 1940 and specializes on production of ammonia, ammonium nitrate, and carbamide. MaxamCorp S.A.U. purchased 49% stake at Elektrohimprom for US$22 million in 2007. The company undertook obligation to invest US$55 million in next five years. The charter capital of the company is 24.996 billion soums.
