Uzogirsanoatloyiha will issue 12,013 ordinary shares with the par value of 15,250 soums each. Total volume of the issue is 183,198,250 soums.

According to the prospectus of emission, the shares will be placed on closed subscription to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan. The shares will be placed on market value.

Uzogirsanoatloyiha is main organization on designing enterprises and industrial units in basis industries of economy, as well as developing schemes on placement of industry in Uzbekistan.
