The business marathon was held for the fifteenth time and it lasted for a month. Over 6,400 entrepreneurs, farmers and craftspeople participated at the competition.

The competition was held in three main nominations – The Best Entrepreneur of the Year, The Best Farmer of the Year, and The Best Craftsperson of the Year – and seven additional nominations like the Youngest Entrepreneur of the Year, The Best Innovative Project, The Best Business idea, etc.

Head of Zamin Turkiston LLC Bakhtiyor Umarov from Namangan region has been named at The Best Entrepreneur of the Year.

The Best Farmer of the Year award has been awarded to Nosir Turakulov from Surkhandarya region. His Bogu Buston farm focuses on horticulture, farming, husbandry, etc.

Sharif Azimov from Samarkand region won in the nomination of The Best Craftsperson of the Year. Azimov creates pottery products.

The winners on all three main nominations received gold medals and Spark automobile, the prize of the Uzbek President.

The second place winners received special diploma, silver medals and 6 million soums, while third place winners – bronze medals and diploma, as well as 4 million soums.
