The company said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of Syrdarya Issiqlik Elektr Stansiyasi on 15 March 2011.

In line with the prospectus, Syrdarya Issiqlik Elektr Stansiyasi will issue 1,370,065 shares, including 1,356,364 ordinary and 13,701 preferential stocks. The par value of shares is 13,056 soums each.

Total sum of the emission makes up 17,887,568,640 soums, the company said in prospectus of emission.

According to the document, the shares of the emission will be placed among shareholders through replacement of old shares with lesser par values to new shares.

Shareholders of the company are Uzbekenergo state joint stock company (51%) and State Committee of Uzbekistan on management of state property (49%).

In line with the financial report, net income of the company grew from 3.228 billion soums in 2009 to 7.919 billion soums in 2010.

Net revenue rose from 301.151 billion soums in 2009 to 325.986 billion soums in 2010. Current assets made up 388.444 billion soums, long-term assets – 44.647 billion soums.
