Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan approved a regulation on mandatory state insurance of life and health of the state court experts.

The document determines order of mandatory state insurance of life and health of the state court experts.

In line with the document, life and health of insured people are object of mandatory state insurance. Morale damage, caused to insured persons in connection with insurance case, will not be paid due to mandatory state insurance.

The documents, confirming mandatory state insurance, are agreement on mandatory state insurance and insurance policy of mandatory state insurance.

Insurance sum on agreement of mandatory state insurance is set at the size of 200-size of minimal salary, set in Uzbekistan on the date of signing of agreement on mandatory state insurance for each insured person.

The insurance company will pay 100% of insurance sum if court expert dies during his work time or within a year after his resignation and he died due to injury or health problems.

The insurer will pay 80% of insurance sum to persons with disabilities of the first group, 65% - persons with the disabilities of the second group and 50% - persons with the disabilities of the third group.

The insurance payout sum will be determined based on injury level in other damages to health.
