The document was adopted to increase responsibility of notary officers at execution of their professional liabilities.

The document regulates order of reimbursement of damages of legal entities and individuals by the government, caused by notary officers due to violation of their professional liabilities.

The document set that damages will be covered by the Government due to resources of the Fund on developing courts and justice bodies and later the sum will be fully repaid by the notary officers, who violated their liabilities.

The regulation said legal entities and individuals, who suffered damage, have right for compensation. Decision of court on compensation of damage will be foundation for reimbursement of damage.

According to regulation, the decision of the court on compensation of damage should be submitted justice bodies in places and these bodies direct application to Executive Direction of the Fund within two days after receiving documents.

Within two days, the Executive Direction of the Fund will transfer to treasury account of justice divisions.

Within a day, the justice divisions will transfer money to banking accounts of legal entities and individuals to compensate damages.

Based on decision of the court on reimbursement of damage, the justice bodies will adopt issue on attracting notary officer, who violated their liabilities, to disciplinary responsibility.

The sum of compensation, which does not exceed average monthly salary, will be levied in line with order of head of justice body. The order should be adopted within a month from the day of payment of compensation. If the sum exceeds average monthly salary or a monthly term ended, the compensation sum will be levied via court.

The document said that the compensation sum will be fully paid by notary officers, who violated their professional responsibilities.

Within two days after reimbursement of damages of legal entities and individuals, justice bodies will request to notary officer to repay the compensation sum.

Notary officer can voluntary repay the sum of damage of legal entities and individuals to justice departments.

Notary officers will direct the compensation sum to treasury account to justice bodies. They cannot pay damage in other form, the document said.
