On 7 September, the ninth float of the Uzpromstroybank (Uzbek Industrial Construction Bank) was officially listed at the exchange under the A category in line with the decision of the Board of the Uzbek Stock Exchange (UzSE).

The number of the shares floated totals 5 million, including 4.5 million ordinary shares and the rest are preferred stock.

The par value of each share is 2,000 soums. Thus the total volume of the float comprises 10 billion soums.

As of the 1 July, the declared authorized capital of Uzpromstroybank made up 50 billion soums, the paid-in capital – 18.45 billion soums. The bank has 32,264 shareholders.

According to the information reported by the bank for the first half of the financial year, the bank’s assets reached 899.38 billion soums, and liabilities 839.96 billion soums at the end of the reporting period. The bank made a net profit of 8.21 billion suoms.

The bank’s shareholders are registered by the Neftgazdepozit unitary enterprise.
