Uzbekiston Pochtasi to pay dividends for 2009
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Extraordinary shareholders meeting of Uzbekiston Pochtasi (Uzbekistan Mail) open joint stock company adopted decision on allocation of net income for 2009 and payment of dividends for shareholders.
In line with the decision of shareholders, the company allocated net income for 2009 at the volume of 2.94 billion soums.
In particular, the company directed 5% of net income or 146.996 million soums to reserve fund. The shareholders directed 26% of net income or 764.38 million soums to development of production with further capitalization of charter capital of the company.
Shareholders of Uzbekiston Pochtasi directed 55% of net income or 1.617 billion soums to payment of dividends. At the same time, the company will pay 196.24 soums per preferential and ordinary shares.
The company will also direct up to 14% of net income or 411.589 million soums to awarding workers of Uzbekiston Pochtasi.
