In line with preliminary information, the forum participants also inked agreements in hard currency for over US$3 billion.

Last year, the participants of the forum inked agreements for about 2 trillion soums and US$2.3 billion respectively.

Forum of industrials is directed at assisting enterprises of real sector of economy to access necessary raw materials and loan resources, helping to create market infrastructure for forming and expanding long-term business ties based on inter- and intra-industrial cooperation.

The event presented great potential and opportunities of basic industries of Uzbekistan, new products and goods, which will be produced in 2011.

The Fourth International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange was attended by 650 foreign enterprises from 51 countries and over 700 companies from Uzbekistan.
