In line with the shareholders’ decision, net income of the company for 68.895 billion soums will remain in the dispatch of the company. The dividends will not be paid.

The volume of cement production made up 1.774 million tonnes. The enterprise realized products for 157.7 billion soums in 2009. The exports volume in 2009 comprised US$13.75 million.

The volume of non-negotiable assets of Akhangarancement made up 87.974 billion soums at the end of 2009 and turnover assets – 176.336 billion soums.

Net revenue from realization of goods decreased from 207.22 billion soums in 2008 to 181.611 billion soums in 2009. Gross income from goods realization made up 108.262 billion soums in 2009 against 132.42 billion soums in 2008.

The charter capital of Akhangarancement grew from 246.375 million soums in 2008 to 4.949 billion soums in 2009.

Akhangarancement OJSC is the second largest cement producer in Uzbekistan and it is leading enterprise of cement industry. Its share in internal market makes up 27.9%. The enterprise exports products to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and Turkmenistan.
