The document said the summit will be attended by the presidents and heads of delegation of the SCO member states and observer countries at the invitation of the Uzbek President Islam Karimov.

President of Afghanistan and Turkmenistan, as well as representatives of international organizations, which have partnership relations with the SCO, - UN, CIS, ASEAN, CSTO and EurAsEC – will participate as the guests at the summit.

Summit participants will exchange opinion on actual regional and international problems. The sides will discuss issues of further deepening multilateral cooperation within the SCO, increasing its international authority. Participants will also exchange opinions on wide-scale actual issues.

The document said the SCO leaders will adopt several new documents, including the summit declaration, regulation on accepting new members to the organization and the rules of the SCO procedures.
