Uzbek leader meets Russian president’s special envoy
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov held negotiations with special representative of the Russian President on development of relations with the Kyrgyz Republic Vladimir Rushaylo on 7 June.
During the meeting at Oqsaroy redicence, the sides discussed issues of developing situation in the region and cooperation within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and other multilateral mechanisms on ensuring regional security and stability, as well as other issues of mutual interest, UzA reported.
