Polish journalists about the attractiveness of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The head of the Association of Media Journalists in Warsaw, Alex Molenda, has published a detailed article on the beauties of our country. The publication tells the unforgettable impressions of a group of Polish journalists who visited Uzbekistan as part of an info tour in October 2019, the Dunyo reported.

The authors note the enormous potential of our republic in various directions, including in the field of tourism. “Uzbekistan is an economically powerful state that produces and exports gold, uranium, natural gas and cotton. Today, the country almost no longer sells these raw materials, but is trying to export finished goods with added value. Production is automated everywhere. Everywhere there is work to provide rural areas with the Internet,” the article emphasizes.

Modern Uzbekistan is a warm and sunny land. From ancient times, it has attracted travelers from all over the world with the brilliance of its cities and the radiance of the lights of numerous philosophers and thinkers, which the entire Uzbek nation is so proud of today. The country is famous for its extraordinary hospitality: people here will always meet a guest very warmly and cordially, the publication says.

The authors also describe in detail in all colors our amazingly beautiful and attractive region with its rich resources. “Nature is amazing in its diversity: the hot sands of the majestic Kyzylkum desert, along which numerous caravans marched in the past, the mountain systems of the Tien Shan and Pamirs - lifeless steppes and deserts are replaced by oases where cotton, figs, rice and grapes grow. Green plains are surrounded by mountain ranges covered with eternal snow. Thousands of streams and rivers flow down from the mountains, merging into the largest waterways of Asia - the Amudarya and Syrdarya. ”

As noted in the article, “according to surveys of tourists, they set the goal of visiting ancient sights, unusual buildings and acquaintance with a rich culture and traditions. Some tourists pursue sports activities, such as climbing and skiing. The author notes that in 2005, only 115 thousand people visited our country for tourism purposes, and in 2018 this figure amounted to more than 4 million people. Progress is obvious. ”

The special pride of the Uzbeks is the foothills of the Tan Shan - the Chimgan Mountains, which annually attract thousands of tourists who lead an active lifestyle - climbing, mountaineering, mountain climbing. It is noted that so far there have been two ski resorts in Uzbekistan - Chimgan and Beldersay. However, in December 2019, in a festive atmosphere, the third ski resort of international importance Amirsoy was opened. Trails, hotels, places for food, all this is taken into account by designers and builders. There are two great advantages of visiting these resorts: it is very warm in the mountains, despite the large amount of snow, and also the proximity to Tashkent is only 70 km.

Each of these ski resorts is equipped with a cable car. The tracks in Chimgan are safe due to the fact that avalanche trays are taken into account here.

In conclusion, the authors urge tourists to visit Uzbekistan - a magical and wonderful land where, remaining in the present, you can plunge into the past, feeling the power of time.
