Pigment JV OJSC to place shares for 350m soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Pigment, an Uzbek-Russian joint venture in form of open joint stock company, will issue shares for 350 million soums to increase charter capital.
The producer of dry zinc white registered the emission of the shares with the Center for coordinating and controlling for functioning of securities market.
According to the prospectus of emission, the enterprise will place 3.5 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each. Total volume of the emission makes up 350 million soums.
The company underlined the shares will be placed on open subscription on market price, but not less than the nominal value.
