Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- PhosAgro, one of the world’s leading and the largest Russian producer of phosphorus-containing fertilizers, has started supplying water-soluble monoammonium phosphate (MAF) APALIQUA NP 12:61 to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. 

The supply, sale and support of PhosAgro products in local markets is provided by PhosAgro-Region, PhosAgro’s own distribution network operating in Russia and neighboring countries.

"Water–soluble MAF is the best suited for a hot climate, which is characterized by a shortage of moisture - in these conditions, the use of only granular fertilizers is not always justified. In turn, the use of APALIQUA NP 12:61 within the framework of integrated mineral nutrition systems based on granular fertilizers from local producers can give a synergistic effect: both in volume and as horticultural and vegetable products," said Andrey Vovk, General Director of PhosAgro–Region. – According to our estimates, the markets of liquid and water-soluble fertilizers in Central and Central Asia have huge potential. And we are ready to saturate them with modern eco-friendly PhosAgro products, maintaining the reliability and continuity of supplies."

Water–soluble MAF APALIQUA NP 12:61 is a fully water-soluble nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer for fertigation and foliar fertilizing of all crops. Due to the unique characteristics of solubility in water, this brand can be used in any irrigation systems, including modern drip systems, used both in open and protected soils, for foliar fertilizing or as an element of complex plant nutrition systems based on liquid mineral fertilizers.

Production of the new brand began in January 2023, the Volkhov branch of Apatit JSC (PhosAgro Group). For its production, a technological scheme with two-stage continuous crystallization and several stages of purification has been implemented, which makes it possible to obtain an exceptionally eco-friendly product of the highest quality.

PhosAgro-Region is actively developing the supply of mineral fertilizers and feed additives to neighboring countries. Currently, the company operates in the markets of 11 countries. For 9 months of 2023, PhosAgro-Region increased the supply of PhosAgro fertilizers to these regions by 1.5 times compared to the same period last year, to almost 200 thousand tons.
