Recently there were personnel changes in the Management of TeliaSonera Eurasia. In February, 2013, Chief Executive Officer of Kcell, Mr. Veysel Aral was appointed President of Business Area Eurasia. Starting from 1 June 2013, Mr. Ali Agan will succeed Mr. Veysel Aral as Kcell Chief Executive Officer.

Following five successful years of leading Azercell with important operational milestones such as 3G and 4G rollout, increasing revenue share in a competitive environment, rebranding and many awards, Mr. Ali Agan had moved to Ucell, Uzbekistan in September 2012.

In this short time, he has provided significant contribution to Ucell operation by driving elements like net growth and cost reduction which resulted in Ucell being the leader in net sales growth this year in Business Area Eurasia. TeliaSonera continues investing and developing of Ucell network in Uzbek market.
