Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The National Statistics Committee has reported a significant increase in the per capita volume of market services in January 2025.

According to the data, each resident of the country accounted for approximately 1.8 million soums worth of services, reflecting a 9.1% increase compared to January 2024, when the figure stood at 1.4 million soums.

The dynamics of per capita market services volume over recent years are as follows:

2021: 0.5 million soums

2022: 0.7 million soums

2023: 0.8 million soums

2024: 1.4 million soums

2025: 1.8 million soums

Over the past five years, the per capita market services volume has more than tripled, indicating steady growth in the services sector and an overall improvement in living standards.
