Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The minimum size of pensions and benefits will be increased from 1 July, and an additional payment for social payments is introduced in line with the decree of the President of Uzbekistan.

An additional payment is introduced in the amount of 20% of the basic calculated value of the calculation of the pension for persons receiving a pension in the established minimum old-age pension and below. At the same time, the minimum pension for incomplete work experience, taking into account the additional payment, is increased from 256,675 soums to 400,000 soums.

The size of old-age and disability pensions for persons receiving pensions in the amount of the established minimum old-age pension will be increased to 565,000 soums.

The amount of benefits for the elderly and disabled citizens who do not have the required work experience is increased from 315,030 soums to 400,000 soums;

In case of loss of a breadwinner:

an additional payment for each disabled family member of the recipient of the pension will be introduced;

the minimum pension for one disabled family member of the recipient of the pension will increase from 256,675 soums to 400,000 soums and the pension to each next disabled family member of the recipient of the pension in accordance with the current procedure will be paid;

in order to cover all family members receiving benefits, the amount of the benefit per one disabled member of these families set at 400,000 soums and the additional 150,000 soums paid for each next disabled member of such families.

From 513,350 soums to 565,000 soums, the monthly amount of benefits paid to disabled people from childhood is increased.
