Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In Uzbekistan, pensioners who receive their pensions via bank cards will have their payments made by 1 September. This information was announced by the Pension Fund press service.

This measure aims to ensure the timely payment of pensions.

According to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Increasing Salaries, Pensions, and Benefits," pensions will be paid to pensioners in September this year with a 15% increase.

Citizens receiving pensions in cash will need to wait a little longer. Payments for them will begin after the public holidays.
