Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A resolution of the President “On measures for the widespread adoption of digital technologies in the city of Tashkent” was adopted.

In accordance with the resolution, the comprehensive program “Digital Tashkent” will be implemented.

The management of city services, the creation of an integrated information environment for social facilities, industrial, road transport and utilities infrastructure with the subsequent dissemination of successful experience to other regions of the republic is determined by the main objective of the Program.

In accordance with the Program in 2020:

- By May 1, the Unified Information System for the online purchase of electronic tickets for aviation, railway and other transport services is being introduced;

- By September 1, the Unified Information System is launched, designed for journals and diaries of students in electronic form with the abolition of their paper form in all secondary schools;

- Until November 1, the Unified Information System “Mening Uyim” is introduced, which provides online payment of utilities and electronic interaction with organizations providing utilities;

- by December 1, the information system “Yagona electron tibbiy karta” is being introduced, 62 family clinics are connected to the information system “Electron Polyclinic”.
