In line with the legislation of Uzbekistan, Paper Mill Holding s.r.o disclosed information that it purchased 215,600 shares or 53.0522% stake in Sanoatqalinqogozsavdo. The sum of deal was not disclosed.

Charter capital of Sanoatqalinqogozsavdo makes up 609.588 million soums, which comprises of 406,392 ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,500 soums.

Sanoatqalinqogozsavdo open joint stock company (foreign enterprise) received net loss for 1.101 billion soums in 2010 compared to net income for 11.855 million soums in 2009.

The company underlined that it produced 7,600 tonnes of cardboards and papers, 11 million square meters of corrugated card board, 8.6 million square meters of corrugated packages, 146 tonnes of binder boards, 10 million rolls of toilet paper. The company also produced 1.4 billion soums of consumer goods. The enterprise shipped goods for 11.2 billion soums and exported products for US$962,000.
