Tashkent club said Haitov was hospitalized during night of 25 December after he felt himself unwell.

Pakhtakor said doctors verified cerebral hemorrhage. Medical specialists undertook measures to save his life, but he died on 3 January 2010.

Aziz Haitov was born on 4 February 1989. He was member of Uzbekistan national youth team. In 2009 season, Haitov played twice played in the first team of Pakhtakor.
