According to the company, the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered emission of the company.

Within the emission, the company will issue 100,000 ordinary shares. The par value of shares is 20,000 soums.

In the result, the charter of the capital of the company will grow from 1.6 billion soums to 2 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of earlier placed shares with less par value to new ones with nominal value of 20,000 soums.

The company said that the part of emission for 1.6 billion soums is paid on par value, while the other part for 400 million soums will be paid due to undistributed income.
