The bank will emit shares for 50 billion soums to increase charter capital to 100 billion soums.

According to the presidential resolution “On measures for further increasing investment activities of joint-stock commercial banks Pakhta Bank and Galla Bank” on 8 October 2008, Finance Ministry will purchase shares for 25 billion soums and Uzbekistan Reconstruction and Development Fund will acquire shares for 19 billion soums.

Uzpakhtasanoat Association will get shares for 5 billion soums and Uzagrosugurta state joint stock insurance company will buy shares for 1 billion soums.
