Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – O’ZLITINEFTGAZ signs a memorandum of understanding with Schlumberger Oilfield Eastern Limited.

The purpose of the document is to introduce technological cooperation opportunities in the field of exploration, development and optimization of production at new and existing fields of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as coordination of projects in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Also, under the Agreement, the parties can by mutual agreement attract production capacities and technical equipment, labor and financial resources, their own developments, technologies, know-how, etc. when implementing activities of mutually beneficial projects.

The parties agreed on the development of scientific and technological cooperation in the field of field geology and geophysics, the development of hydrocarbon deposits, production, preparation, processing and transportation of oil, gas condensate and gas, underground gas storage, trunk pipelines, as well as in the embracing the concept of the Digital Field, and technological cooperation in the provision of services for oil and gas companies in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This cooperation leads to the strengthening of corporate relations, the enrichment of mutual experience between companies and the growth of further opportunities in order to expand strategic projects.
