O’zbekinvest Hayot collects insurance premiums for 8bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 1 June 2015, insurance company O’zbekinvest Hayot collected insurance premiums for about 8 billlion soums, which makes up half of collected premiums in 2014.

Voluntary types of insurance products make up more than three quarters in the total volume of collected premiums. Over 80% of collected insurance premiums fell to share of insurance in case of illnesses.

According to Jahon news agency, about 65% of total collected insurance premiums fell to share of territorial branches. The figure stood at 55% in the same period of 2014.
