Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Lux Building Star won the bidding for the privatization of the state share in the O'zavtosanoat-Leasing.

The auction for the privatization of O'zavtosanoat-Leasing was held on the E-auksion platform on 25 December 2023.

Lux Building Star made the only bid at the auction. The bet amounted to 69.62 billion soums, which is 5% more than the starting price.

Lux Building Star LLC was registered in Tashkent in November 2010. The company is engaged in the production of construction metal structures.

O'zavtosanoat-Leasing was established in 2006. The company began its activities in 2007. The company's authorized capital is 56.2 billion soums.
