Over 75,300 vehicles sold in Uzbekistan in the first quarter of 2025
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A total of 75,353 vehicles were sold in Uzbekistan during the first quarter of 2025, according to data from Uzavtosanoat.
UzAuto Motors continues to dominate the market, having sold 40,985 vehicles, which accounts for 54.3% of total sales. Khorezm Auto ranks second with 21,274 vehicles sold (28.2%), followed by ADM Jizzakh in third place with 8,623 units sold (11.4%).
BYD Uzbekistan Factory recorded sales of 4,045 vehicles (5.4%). Meanwhile, Asaka Motors sold 316 units (0.4%), SamAuto 84 vehicles (0.1%), and Jizzakh Auto just 25 units (0.03%).
In terms of brands, Chevrolet remains the undisputed leader with 62,260 vehicles sold. It is followed by KIA with 5,431 units, BYD with 4,045, Chery with 1,782, Haval with 1,410, Hyundai with 211, Isuzu D-Max with 84, and Wuling with 31 vehicles sold.
The most popular model of the first quarter was the Chevrolet Cobalt, which accounted for 29,017 units sold. Second place went to the Chevrolet Damas with 15,424 vehicles, while the Chevrolet Tracker took third with 7,152 units sold.
Also featured in the top 10 most in-demand models were the Chevrolet Labo (5,851), Chevrolet Onix (4,055), KIA Sonet (3,922), BYD Song Plus Champion DMI (1,438), BYD Chazor (927), BYD Song Plus DMI (802), and Chery Tiggo 7 Pro (730).
