According to the ministry, insurance companies collected about 692.594 billion soums of insurance premiums in Tashkent city in 2016, which grew by 26.5% year-on-year. Share of Tashkent in total collected insurance premiums was 52.21%.

Tashkent region was the second with the share of 7.5%. The volume of collected insurance premiums in Tashkent region was 51.94 billion soums in the reporting period, which rose by 38.3% year-on-year.

Ferghana region was the third on the volume of collected insurance premiums in 2016 with the share of 5.42%. The insurance premiums for 37.576 billion soums (+37.1%) were collected in the region in the reporting period.

Syrdarya region (10.576 billion soums, growth – 41.4%), Jizzakh region (15.364 billion soums, +63.7%) and Navoi region (15.844 biillion soums, +59.1%) were three outsiders on the volume of collected insurance premiums in the reporting period.
