Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- It is known that in accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-6029 from 20 July 2020, property and land tax benefits provided under the Presidential Decree No. UP-5978 from 3 April 2020, extended until 31 December  2020.

To take advantage of these benefits, the taxpayers must submit a land tax certificate and a land tax report for 2020 with benefits applied.

Thus, based on the above documents, the State Tax Committee sent notifications to the personal offices of taxpayers explaining the form of application of tax incentives for property tax and land tax.

The decree stipulates property and land tax privileges in relation to small businesses, markets and shopping malls, cinemas, catering establishments, public transport enterprises, sports and recreation facilities, as well as legal entities that provide premises for rent, including for banquets.

According to Presidential Decree No. UP-6029 from 20 July 2020, the tax incentive to reduce the social tax rate from 12 to 1 percent for microfirms and small enterprises, established by Presidential Decree No. UP-5978 from 3 April 2020, has been extended until 31 December 2020.

A notification was sent to micro-firms and small enterprises, explaining the procedure for the application of tax incentives for individuals and social tax reporting, which they can use.

More than 310 thousand taxpayers have been sent for information, notifications on the application of tax benefits for property tax, land tax and a reduced social tax rate.
