According to the State Tax Committee, the Department for Prevention of Offenses in the sphere of retail trade and provision of services and its territorial units have been abolished in the structure of the department.

The office was closed in accordance with the resolution of the President of Uzbekistan from 26 June on measures to improve the activities of the state tax service.

Starting from 26 June, the first deputy chairman of the State Tax Commission, Behzod Musayev, has banned tax inspections of business entities, the interference of tax authorities in their activities, as well as communication with business entities.
