Over 1.12 million tourists visit Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Over 1.12 million tourists visited Uzbekistan in January-June 2017, the press service of the State Tourism Committee said quoting data of the State Statistics Committee.

According to the State Statistics Committee, some 1. 125 million tourists visited Uzbekistan in January-June 2017, which rose by 18% year-on-year, in line with methodology of calculations of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

Export of tourist services for the first half of 2017 was US$694 million.
