OSCE Chairperson-in-Office holds meeting at Uzbek Foreign Ministry

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Audronius Ažubalis, visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 1 June 2011.

The Uzbek Foreign Ministry said that the sides considered issues of regional security, political and democratic reforms in Uzbekistan and other issues in the context of Lithuanian chairmanship in the OSCE in 2011.

The sides also exchanged opinion on current state and perspective directions of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Lithuania, actual international issues.
