Orient Group is first in Uzbekistan to adopt Korn Ferry Hay international job evaluation method

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The key step in implementing initiative for adoption of grade-based employee remuneration system was training for Orient Group employees on basics of job evaluation using Korn Ferry Hay Guide Chart method. 

The know-how of job evaluation will allow Orient Group to independently support and develop the system, which is currently being adopted during the grading project.

Venera Yerzina, Director of Human Resources Department, Orient Group:

“Uniqueness of this event is that after the training first certified specialists able to work under this methodology will appear in Uzbekistan. As a result, we will be able to proudly say that Orient has localized unique expertise, which previously was not present on the market in our country”.

Anna Dementyeva, Head of Job Evaluation practice in Central Eurasia, Korn Ferry:

“We conducted two-day workshop for Orient Group employees. The main goal of the training course is to familiarize the company’s specialists with job evaluation objectives and methods, principles of substitution table method and determination of job profile, as well as to give opportunity to receive technical competence on application of Korn Ferry Hay Guide-Chart Profile Method and to shape the participants’ practical evaluation skills”.
